U-ID operates by the following principles:
1) Our sign-up form requires users to give us contact and demographics information.
We also require a password to ensure the security on your account and credit card
information. Personal information collected by U-ID is stored in secure operating
environments that are not available to the public.
2) U-ID keeps all of your personal information private and does not share it with
ANY third parties. We will not disclose your personal information unless acting under
a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: a. conform to legal requirements
or comply with legal process b. protect and defend the rights or property of U-ID,
c. enforce the U-ID Terms of Service.
3) U-ID will not send you any unsolicited information, except as mentioned below.
New users will receive a welcome letter explaining the features provided by the service.
Under exigent circumstances, U-ID may be required to send you information about
the service or your account. Our users can also subscribe/unsubscribe to our newsletter.
4) U-ID requires that your browser supports cookies and have that option enabled.

U-ID.
